Schumacher: “Interlagos The Right Place To Round Of Career”
Michael Schumacher believes the Interlagos circuit is a fitting venue for his 308th and final Grand Prix this weekend. The seven-time champion will retire from Formula One for the second time and is looking to enjoy the occasion more than in 2006 when he was part of a final-race showdown.
“Interlagos is the right place to round off my career because so much of the fascination of Formula One is rooted there. I always enjoy the enthusiasm of the fans, and it's simply a great circuit which has seen many memorable events and always produces spectacular races as the unique layout guarantees plenty of action.
