Late Spin Costs Kobayashi At Interlagos

Kamui Kobayashi’s final race for Sauber didn’t provide the dream send-off as he fell to ninth place late on at Interlagos. The Japanese driver was flying early on and was involved in a battle with Sebastian Vettel mid-race but a spin when battling with Michael Schumacher dropped him from seventh to ninth at the end. “I had a good start and stayed out of trouble. The beginning of the race was good. Then the track conditions became tricky with the drizzle and I had contact with Mark Webber’s car.
