Williams 'on target' with new car design

Williams is running to schedule with the design and production of its 2013 car, with Chief Operations Engineer Mark Gillan aiming to learn from both the 'mistakes and successes' of the 2012 season in order to move further up the grid. Despite creating a car capable of winning the Spanish Grand Prix in the hands of Pastor Maldonado, the team could only finish ninth in the Constructors' standings this year, just one place higher than it acheived during its troubled 2011 campaign.
