Ferrari must 'revamp its organisation' - Montezemolo
Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has issued a familiar plea to his team to start the next season with a more competitive car. Ferrari's Fernando Alonso remained in the fight for the drivers' championship until the final round of the season this year after starting 2012 with an uncompetitive car. Addressing the team at its factory in Maranello, Montezemolo said Ferrari must make changes to improve over the winter. "Now is the time to look ahead to next year," he said. "I want us to start with a car that is immediately capable of fighting for the win and it has to be our first task.
