Ecclestone confirms talks over Turkish GP
Bernie Ecclestone has confirmed that he and the new management at Istanbul Park are meeting this week to discuss the potential return of the Turkish Grand Prix. The Formula 1 supremo has been searching for an extra race for the 2013 campaign after the planned New Jersey Grand Prix was forced into a one year postponement. A meeting of the World Motorsport Council is taking place in the city of Istanbul throughout this week, with Ecclestone in attendance in a bid to resurrect the event.
