Gillan and two other members leave Williams
Williams’ chief operations engineer Mark Gillan has left the British team with a spokesperson confirming that he wanted to “spend more time with his family”, according to a report by Reuters. In addition, Peter Windsor, a journalist and former manager at Williams, mentioned on his Twitter page that Bruno Senna’s 2012 race engineer Tom McCullough will be joining Sauber next year and strategist Mark Barnett is to move to Force India in 2013. This season, Williams bettered its position in the constructors’ championship by one position over last year in eighth place, scoring 76 points against the five scored in the 2011 campaign.
