New Toro Rosso 'totally different'
Daniel Ricciardo has said that the new Toro Rosso F1 challenger is a totally different machine to the one it will replace.The Faenza-based team endured a difficult season in 2012 as both Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne struggled to get the best from the STR07, which meant the team ended the campaign down in ninth in the championship with just 26 points.Both drivers have however been retained for the 2013 campaign, when the team will hope to benefit from the input of new technical director James Key, and Ricciardo admitted that the STR08 had undergone numerous changes to help the Italian squad move forwards.“I have already seen the new car,” he told Autosprint. “When you examine it...
