Massa counts on Ferrari backing
Felipe Massa says he will be able to count on the backing of both Ferrari and Fernando Alonso if required during the 2013 F1 season. The Brazilian has played second fiddle to the two time champion since he joined the Maranello-based team and goes into the new campaign with something of a point to prove having endured a difficult season in 2012. Massa will hope to return to the top step of the podium this year and said he knew he could count on the support of team-mate Alonso if he were to find himself in a position where he was heading the team's title challenge.“I can't imagine a team not wanting two competitive drivers,” he said. “We are fighting for two titles and I am sure the...
