Glock and Marussia part ways

The Marussia F1 Team and its race driver Timo Glock have, by mutual consent, agreed to part company with immediate effect. The 30 year old German has been with the Team since its inception in 2009, completing three full seasons of competition and playing a significant role in its development. Glock had recently made comments about the recent teams in F1 favouring pay drivers, and it turns out the Marussia was no longer willing to pay him a salary either. The team, who only nearly missed out on 10th in the constructors' standings in 2012 are trying to keep costs under control, and hence are undoubtedly looking for a driver who can bring more sponsorship money to ensure the future of the...
