Robert Kubica to test a Mercedes DTM car
Former Formula 1 driver Robert Kubica is getting back on a racing circuit for the first time since an accident put his career on hold nearly two years ago. Mercedes says Kubica will test one of its cars from the German Touring Car (DTM) circuit. Thursday's test will take place at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia. Kubica says it is too early to speculate whether he would be able to return to racing. 'I'm looking forward to getting acclimated to a race car again in real test conditions on a circuit,' Kubica said in the Mercedes statement. 'But it's still too early to make any statements about my future because of this one test. I'm just looking forward to tomorrow and we'll see what...
