Glock expects to succeed where other ex-F1 drivers failed
Timo Glock is confident he can win the DTM when he makes a switch to the German touring car championship next year. Glock lost his seat in Formula One earlier this month when he agreed to terminate his contract with backmarkers Marussia. He said the desire to win races again helped him come to terms with leaving F1 and joining BMW, which won the teams', constructors' and drivers' championships last year. "It was not always easy to spend three years in Formula One regularly watching other drivers from behind who were sometimes doing a worse job than me, but were still way ahead as they were in better cars," he said.
