Vergne targets forward progress

Jean-Eric Vergne says he is eyeing forward progress in his second season in F1 after Toro Rosso took the wraps off its 2013 challenger at Jerez.Like team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, Vergne will work with a new race engineer during the season ahead after the Faenza-based team elected to ring the changes in order to try and avoid a repeat of the struggles it endured last year.Speaking ahead of the first pre-season test of the year, Vergne admitted that he was eager to make the most of the experience he was able to gain last year and felt ready to 'do better and move forwards'.“Going into this season is a completely different experience to this time last year, when I had to deal with a lot of...
