Vergne expects more from 2013
Toro Rosso's Jean-Eric Verge is confident both the team, and himself, are poised to enter the 2013 season in much stronger shape than before. The Red Bull junior outfit finished in an effective 'no man's land' in last year's Constructors' Championship, comfortably clear of Caterham but distant challengers to their usual midfield rivals.
