Formula 1 has become an auction
A frustrated Jaime Alguersuari hit out at Formula 1 after claiming that he was set to return to the sport this season but was denied a seat despite promises being made. Dropped by Toro Rosso at the end of the 2011 season, the Spaniard had been working hard to return to F1 with efforts which included him being handed a role of a Pirelli test driver last year. 'I have been convinced most of the 2012 season that my seat was secured in a team that usually scores,” Alguersuari was quoted by Reuters. 'They did tell me and I believed it to be true.” The 22-year-old had been linked to a Force India drive but it is now believed that the vacant seat at the Silverstone-based team will now...
