Alonso brands the new Ferrari with an OK stamp
Fernando Alonso did not give much away about his first outing in the new Ferrari at Barcelona but did clarify that the new challenger was better than its predecessor. The Spaniard had skipped the first test at Jerez earlier this month and was slated to get behind the wheel of the F138 in Catalunya for the first time this year. On the opening day on Tuesday, the double world champion was the only driver to do more than 100 laps around the Spanish circuit, mileage that the Italian team is aiming for on each day of the test sessions.
