Ferrari mourns former sporting director
Ferrari is in mourning for former sporting director Roberto Nosetto after he passed away on Thursday.Nosetto held the role during the second half of the 1970s before going on to become director of the Imola circuit and then moving into two wheels as race director in the Motorcycle World Championship and World Superbike.In recent years, Nosetto had been enjoying retirement in the town of Gallipoli, where he passed away.“The death of Roberto Nosetto has saddened me deeply,” Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali said. “Apart from his name being irrevocably linked to the history of Scuderia Ferrari, for me personally, he was a very important person, because it was under his tenure at...
