Sebastian Vettel says the balance of Red Bull's RB9 still stood out on a day when adverse conditions affected testing programmes all along the Formula 1 pitlane. Vettel, who completed 65 laps, admitted that rain and strong crosswinds meant gathering meaningful data had been extremely limited.
