MotoGP star Valentino Rossi done with F1
John Surtees’ record of being the only one to win a title on both two and four wheels will remain safe after MotoGP star Valentino Rossi ruled himself out from ever switching to Formula 1. The 34-year-old Yamaha rider, winner of seven titles in the premier class, had tested for Ferrari a few times, the last time in January 2010 at Catalunya, suggesting that the Italian could potentially switch to F1. 'I'm done with F1 unfortunately,' Rossi told Sky Italia ending the speculation. 'I will continue racing for as long as I'm competitive, but I'm too old for F1.
