Bianchi confident of improvement

Jules Bianchi says his goal this season is not to beat Max Chilton but rather to improve on a regular basis. The Frenchman will make his Formula One debut next weekend when he lines up on the Australian Grand Prix grid for Marussia. Bianchi, who was called up late by the backmarker outfit, has only spent two days in the MR02. However, on both days at Barcelona he edged Marussia's main rival Caterham. He also proved to be quicker than his team-mate Chilton, posting a fastest time of 1:23.167 compared to the Brit's 1:24.103.
