Canamasas gets Caterham development role
Sergio Canamasas has been signed as Caterham's development driver for the 2013 Formula 1 season. The 24-year-old Spaniard will complete a range of duties for the Leafield-based team, including simulator work and straight-line testing. In addition to his Caterham Formula 1 role, Canamasas will race alongside Ma Qing Hua at Caterham Racing in the GP2 Series. The Barcelona-born driver tested for the squad during the pre-season gatherings at Jerez and the Circuit de Catalunya.
