Silverstone aiming to avoid 2012 repeat

Silverstone managing director Richard Phillips says the circuit is working hard to ensure there is no repeat of the 2012 problems at the British Grand Prix. Last year's race was victim of torrential rain which saw car parks turned in to mud baths on the Friday, leading to fans being asked to stay away on Saturday to avoid further problems on Sunday. Phillips said the circuit has been putting in place measures to prevent similar problems occurring this year as well as improve the race weekend.
