Parr backs Williams to bounce back
Former chairman Adam Parr says he feels Williams can bounce back from its difficult start to the 2013 F1 season when the European leg of the campaign gets underway this weekend in Spain.The Grove-based outfit has yet to score this season, leaving it as one of only three teams alongside Caterham and Marussia to have a zero score going into the Catalunya race.While the first European race of the year proved to be the highlight for Williams last year after Pastor Maldonado secured a surprise victory, there is little chance of such a repeat this time around, although Parr said he was sure that his former outfit would soon turn the corner."I know they've got the ability to get on top of...
