Pirelli may adapt tyres again for British GP

Pirelli will look at adapting its tyres once again following complaints of high tyre wear, after the majority of the field had to stop four times during the Spanish Grand Prix. The company's motorsport director Paul Hembery admitted the hard and medium tyres - the hardest in its range - wore out too quickly and with the majority stopping four times, it doesn't meet their initial criteria. "We aim for two to three pitstops and it was too aggressive today," he said in light of the criticism. "We want to get back to our plan."
