Merc drivers can 'shine' in Monaco

Ross Brawn reckons Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg can "allow their talent to shine" in Monaco as F1 visits a slow, bumpy circuit. Despite starting from pole position in the last three grands prix, Mercedes have failed to claim a single victory and have in fact managed just one top-three result during that time. Struggling to get the most out of their W04 and its Pirelli tyres over a long distance, the team has instead plummeted down the order.
