Force India could oppose Pirelli changes

Force India have reportedly said no to any changes Pirelli want to make to their tyres, fearing they could hurt their chances. Force India have proven to be one of the strong midfield teams this season and after five races are fifth in the Championship, three points ahead of McLaren. One of Force India's strengths has been that their VJM06 works well with the Pirelli tyres despite Paul di Resta joining the list of those suffering a tyre delamination. However, that could change in Canada as Pirelli are set to introduce tweaks to their tyres, billed as being in the name of safety.
