Toro Rosso Confirm Renault Power For 2014

Toro Rosso have confirmed that they will be running with Renault engines for the 2014 season, a move which brings the team that many consider as the Red Bull junior team in line with their sister team. Renault Chairman Carlos Ghosn made the announcement in Monaco alongside Toro Rosso principal Franz Tost and Infiniti Red Bull Racing team prinicipal Christian Horner whose team have been using the French engine manufacturer since 2007. “We are very pleased to have reached an agreement to use Renault power units from the 2014 season onwards, when the new regulations will present interesting challenges.' said Tost.
