O'Driscoll becomes Williams Group CEO

Williams Grand Prix Holdings has confirmed the appointment of Mike O'Driscoll, former Managing Director of Jaguar Cars and ex-President of Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover in North America, as its new Group CEO. Alex Burns, who had previously held the position, is to leave the Grove-based outfit with immediate effect. In a statement issued on Wednesday morning, the outift explains that O'Driscoll has been appointed "to guide the long term future of Williams," with the F1 team and Williams Advanced Engineering now united under a single management structure.
