'Monaco isn't a measure of progress'
Monisha Kaltenborn insists the disappointment of Monaco was a one-off and not a sign that Sauber's form has dipped.
After the highs of last season, Sauber have come crashing down this year, barely fighting for points never mind podium finishes.
The team has netted just five points in six races with not even one coming in the last three grands prix including Monaco.
Nico Hulkenberg, though, narrowly missed out, beaten to the final point by Kimi Raikkonen on the very last lap of the race.
"We cannot take this race to measure the progress that we have made; this race is very special," Kaltenborn told Autosport.
