Horner comes to Ferrari's defence

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner insists Ferrari's "position is different" to that of Mercedes in the Pirelli testing debacle. Both Mercedes and Ferrari have been ordered to appear before an FIA disciplinary committee after they took part in separate private tyre tests with Pirelli. Ferrari, though, are maintaining their innocence as they believe the fact that their Corse Clienti division used a two-year old F150 Italia to conduct the test should put them in the clear. Mercedes, meanwhile, also insist they didn't do anything untoward despite using this year's W04 for a three-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya after the Spanish Grand Prix.
