Bottas fears car masking his progress
Valtteri Bottas admits Williams's current struggles have masked the successes of his rookie Formula 1 campaign, but insists that has not caused him to worry about his long-term future. Where fellow newcomers like Jules Bianchi have impressed in part because of lower expectations, Bottas's maiden season comes amid Williams proving vastly less competitive than it was in 2012. The team has failed to score a solitary point in the first six races of this year's campaign, in contrast to a 44-point haul - which put it on the tail of Mercedes over the same period last season.
