Wet weather hinders Williams’s preparations at Montreal
Williams had their preparations for this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix hindered due mainly to the inclement weather conditions during the opening practice session, when the Formula 1 fraternity was greeted with damp and dreary weather conditions for the opening day of the Canadian Grand Prix weekend.
Although the drivers were forced to begin their weekend’s preparations on Pirelli’s Cinturato full wet tyres, the conditions gradually improved throughout the opening 90 minutes of track action. Eventually the field were able to switch from the Cinturato full wet and intermediate tyres to the P Zero dry tyres, as the rain abated over the legendary Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. However, as...
