Webber quickest in truncated final practice
Mark Webber topped a truncated third and final practice for the Canadian Grand Prix on Saturday as times tumbled on a drying track towards the end of the session. Practice ran for only half of the originally scheduled 60 minutes after marshals repaired a barrier at Turn 11, damaged after a car in the Ferrari challenge had thumped into it earlier in the day. The session started on a wet track with drivers starting off with the intermediate tyres with the quicker supersofts making an appearance in the final minutes, with several drivers slipping and sliding over the course of practice.
