Marshal in critical condition after crane incident

A marshal is in a critical condition in hospital after being run over by a crane returning Esteban Gutierrez's Sauber after the Canadian Grand Prix. Gutierrez's car was being returned to the pits after the race following has accident at Turn 2 when the incident happened at the pit lane exit. Dr Jacques Bouchard - chief medical officer of the Canadian GP - told the Montreal Gazette that the marshal tripped in front of the crane and was run over by one of the wheels. "A giant wheel went over his body, so there are fractures," Bouchard said. "That's what we know for now. Was there damage to the lungs? We don't think so. Was there damage to the brain? We don't think so."...
