Bigger budget would fix Sauber woes

A bigger budget would help Sauber to emerge from its competitive crisis, team boss Monisha Kaltenborn has admitted. The grey C32s were off the pace all weekend in Canada, and in the race both Nico Hulkenberg and Esteban Gutierrez retired after crashes. Kaltenborn admitted that a bigger budget would help Sauber to pull out of its slump, but does not blame F1's 'show' for failing to attract more sponsors. "The paradox is that the sport is very exciting, we are having very good races as a sport, so that part is working well," she told Brazil's Totalrace.
