F1 2013 – FIA Tribunal: Mercedes argues they did not break rules

With the FIA arguing that Mercedes broke rule article 22, Mercedes have hit back claiming they did not break the rules.Paul Harris QC, who is defending Mercedes argued his case saying the rules state 'any track running time not part of an Event undertaken by a competitor entered in the Championship.'Meaning Pirelli paid for and ran the test meaning Mercedes did not breach the rules.'This was not a test undertaken by Mercedes.
