Test-gate decision to arrive on Friday

As previously reported by GPUpdate.net, the FIA will not be announcing its verdict over the test-gate scandal involving Mercedes and tyre supplier Pirelli this afternoon, with the decision of the International Tribunal (IT) due to arrive on Friday. After all three parties presented their respective arguments in Paris on Thursday, IT President Edwin Glasgow QC announced that the outcome will be revealed tomorrow, with the panel now due to discuss the evidence before reaching a conclusion. The FIA was the first to speak out, with legal representative Mark Howard QC stating that permission had not been given for the 1,000km test to go ahead.
