This morning, according to German tabloid Bild.de, it appears that Germany's Nico Hulkenberg may have made already made his decision about his future before the driver market even gets underway in its usual fashion, especially as Mark Webber made his intentions clear as day last weekend at Silverstone, having announced his move to the WEC.
