Sergey Sirotkin knows he still has a lot of to learn in Formula One, but he is confident he will be ready to make the step up next year. The teenager joined Sauber's development programme last week with the view of promoting him to a race seat in 2014. The deal formed part of a sponsorship agreement that was signed with three Russian companies.
