Mercedes non-executive chairman Niki Lauda admits team principal Ross Brawn's future remains undecided. The Brackley squad's decision to sign Paddy Lowe has led to growing speculation that Brawn could decide to quit at the end of the season with former McLaren man Lowe set to take over as team principal. Brawn made it clear at the Japanese Grand Prix that he could leave the squad if they don't back him, telling Sky Sports F1: "I think we need a very clear definition of who is in charge and obviously I need the motivation to carry on."
