Kimi Raikkonen topped the first day of testing in Jerez on Tuesday, although the times meant very little due to the lack of action. The first out was Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton who completed several trouble free laps before a front-wing failure caused him to hit the barriers at turn one, ending his afternoon. Raikkonen was next out, but stopped after just a few corners. The exact issue remains unknown, but it's believed it was an electrical fault.
