Alonso down plays Spanish podium

Fernando Alonso has quashed Spanish expectations ahead of his home grand prix, saying it would be a "lie" if he said a top-three result was possible. Although the Ferrari driver, who is the defending Spanish GP Champ, arrived in Barcelona on the back of a third place in China, he has downplayed the prospect of adding a second this weekend. Speaking during Thursday's press conference, he said: "We cannot start the weekend thinking to be on the podium or thinking to win the race.
