Hamilton and Rosberg make up after private talks

After speaking with Nico Rosberg on Friday, Lewis Hamilton has tweeted to say he is still friends with his team-mate and title rival. Tension between the two surfaced in Monaco last weekend after Rosberg claimed pole position in controversial circumstances and it emerged they had both used restricted engine maps in previous races to gain an advantage over one another. Following Sunday's race, Hamilton said he had not shared a single word with Rosberg on the podium and that the two were "colleagues" and not friends. However, after five days to reflect on the events in Monaco, Hamilton tweeted a picture of the two from their karting days saying they had now cleared the air....
