Sebastian Vettel looks set to miss Saturday's qualifying session at Austin, but US GP race officials are confident it won't affect ticket sales. The four-time World Champion requires a new engine for this weekend's grand prix as he has already used his allocation of five power units for the season. That would usually result in a grid penalty, but if Red Bull opt for a complete power unit change then he would have to start from the pitlane, making it more beneficial to skip qualifying to save engine mileage.
