Force India to debut VJM08 on second day of final test
Force India have unveiled the first render of its new VJM08 (above) which it says will make its debut on the second day of the final pre-season test this week. The team has delayed the on-track debut of its new car because of continued build problems and issues with suppliers. It skipped the opening test in Jerez and used its 2014 car at the second test in Barcelona. There were doubts as to whether the VJM08 would make the third test, but Force India COO Otmar Szafnauer has confirmed it will be flown to Spain for Friday following a successful 'fire-up' in the factory.
