Nicolas Todt, co-owner of the ART Grand Prix team that competes in the GP2 and GP3 Series, has not ruled out the team making a move into Formula 1 in the future, but only if it makes sense. The F1 Strategy Group is looking into allowing customer cars should entry levels drop, but Todt says that this does not make the move into F1 any more likely for his team.
