Nico Rosberg set the pace in third and final practice for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit. Like in FP1 on Friday, track conditions were far from representative compared to qualifying and the race, with the session taking place in bright sunshine. Rosberg ended FP3 quickest after the super-soft tyre qualifying runs, putting in a 1:41.856. He finished just under three tenths clear of team-mate Lewis Hamilton, who suffered a spin during the 60-minute session.
