Ricciardo heads Pirelli wet tyre test

Pirelli Media Pirelli was able to log 285 laps of Paul Ricard's 3.5km layout on Monday as part of a wet tyre test, with Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren all present. The circuit, located in Southern France, was doused by sprinklers with Daniel Ricciardo, Kimi Raikkonen and youngster Stoffel Vandoorne completing 10-lap runs and 10 second intervals. The two-day test has been organised to assist Pirelli with its wet tyre development. Ricciardo set the fastest time for Red Bull as teams used 2015-specification cars, though the RB10 was run in a revised livery following the departure of title sponsor Infiniti.
