Alexander Rossi says he is talking to the Manor Racing team every day about a full-time move into F1 this season, but says he doesn't know when a final decision will be made. The 2015 GP2 runner-up became the first American to start an F1 race in eight years when he joined Manor for five outings during the latter portion of last season.
