Honda can match Ferrari without token system

Yusuke Hasegawa reckons ‘struggling' Honda could be on par with Scuderia Ferrari in terms of engine power, if the restrictive token system wasn't in the way.  Honda made clear gains this year, having scored on three of the five events this season – and the upcoming Monaco event could be their strongest yet, with the circuit being power insensitive, and McLaren expect to excel with their 'third best' chassis.
