'Williams is no longer a second-tier team - it looks more like a Formula 2 team!'
Oksana Kosachenko, the former manager of ex-F1 driver Vitaly Petrov, has slammed Formula 1 team Williams, saying that nowadays the British team look more like a Formula 2 team. The manager of the former Renault and Caterham driver has slammed Williams, who finished rock-bottom in the F1 Constructors' Standings in 2019, scoring just the single point via Robert Kubica.
